I have abandoned building the archive of stories through this site. The amount of traffic was incredibly feeble, and the goal of covering the costs by donations was not coming close to being met. I’ll leave the site up for at least the remaining period of the web host contract. There are internet searches that are used to finding the existing stories here, and that service should not be allowed to vanish prematurely.
I have moving the story series to a Substack subscription, where it has a better chance of reaching a new audience and supporting itself. And that will restore the feature of regular email delivery, which folks seemed to value so much, but which I no longer wanted to be involved with because of all the headaches associated with it.
